    Sand art can be used for naming ceremonies and wedding ceremonies. I can involve the whole family, immediate family or just the two of you. It will represent unity and fulfilment and be a special piece of joint art to keep forever.

    Hand fasting, or tying the knot can be used to symbolise the joining of hands, two becoming one. Family or friends can help in this symbolic act to share their love and happiness for you. Once the knot is tied, it can be kept safe as a memento of the day.

    Essential Oil Rituals

    Essential oils can be used in wedding or naming ceremonies to mix a tincture together to anoint one another and your child, or children. Choosing special oils to represent health, prosperity and connection. You can also involve all your guests. We can include crystals and healing chakras at the same time to make it an even more special ritual to you. These can then be saved to keep and continue to use later and at special occasions.

    During your wedding ceremony you can share a cup of love together. Beforehand you will each choose your favourite drink, alcoholic or not. To symbolise your unity and bond you each pour your chosen drink into one glass or cup to share. A tea ceremony can also be used in the same way. You can then share this drink with your guests later if you wish.

    Lighting a unity candle can be used during a naming or wedding ceremony to signify the new light you are sharing together, and hope for the future. The main candle can then be kept as a keepsake.
